Residential Door Closers

UL listed for fire doors or with automatic hold-open feature. Compact-lightweight automatic door closer designed for home use. Adjustable door closing speeds. Mounts at top of door requiring hand tools only. Reversible for either right or left hand doors. Made of rugged die-cast and may be painted to match any decor. For inswinging and outswinging doors. For inswinging, mount to the outside of the door. For outswinging, mount to the inside of the door.
